From here you can choose new scents, cancel your subscription or skip the next shipment.

When will my order ship?

Your first order will ship within 1-2 business days of your order.

Your next orders will automatically ship on the 1st of each month.
What if my first order is placed at the end of the month?

If your first order is placed after the 15th of the month, your next order will automatically be skipped.

For example, if you ordered after January 15th, we ship your order immediately.

Your next automatic subscription order will ship on March 1st.

All orders after that will automatically ship on the 1st of each month.

If you ordered before or on January 15th, we ship your order immediately and your next subscription shipment would be on February 1st

(We hope that isn't too confusing!)
Is there a cancelation fee?

No. There is no fee to cancel your subscription. Just make sure you cancel before the 1st of the month before you are automatically billed again.
