Item Not Delivered

(Received delivery confirmation but the item can not be located.)

This is uncommon but does happen, especially around Christmas. The package is almost always delivered the next day.

We are sorry to hear you did not receive your order even though it is showing as delivered. We would like to offer a few things that have successfully helped locate packages in the past.

Check with friends and family that may have been home at this time of delivery. Check around porch, mailbox and front door areas. Also if you live in an Apartment, please check with the leasing office.

What we will do:

We will contact your post office, it may be there awaiting pick up. When we contact your post office, we will let them know your package showed scanned as delivered but you never received it. We will request the GPS coordinates, they can view where the item was delivered to within +/- 3ft. And they will ask your mail carrier to look around and report his or her findings.

In the meantime let us know if has been recovered, and we will let you know what USPS/UPS/FedEx says.

If we find the package to be mis-delivered, we will open a complaint with USPS, and refund your order within 1 business day.

Refunds will not be issued before 2 business days. This is because the package normally arrives within that time frame.

At this point, we can ship a replacement item or issue a refund. If you choose a replacement, it will be shipped with signature confirmation.
