Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If we messed something up, we WILL make it right!

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

*Items already in transit can not be canceled.

 

Items Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, incorrect address or other situation that is the fault of the buyer, we will gladly re-ship the item(s) at the Buyer's expense.

Unfortunately, this situation seems to be coming up quite often and we can no longer absorb the cost.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. 

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from the refund. You are also welcome to ship the item on your own.

Please Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed, items can not be returned.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. (Usually around $13 - $18+ depending on location). 

Items should be in their original condition and UNUSED. (You can’t fart all over a blanket and expect a full refund)

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Using a shipping service with a tracking number is strongly recommended.

 

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged if they have been opened:

Shart Wash Soap Bars

Shart Wipes Antibacterial Wipes

 

Timeframes

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you via email and issue a refund.

 

The refund should arrive in 7- 14 days depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
